BLOCK21 Fitness is a fitness studio in Capitol Hill, Denver that offers cardio dance classes that bridge the gap between working out and having a dance party. Our classes don't require any previous experience (seriously, no rhythm, no problem) and include all types of people and fitness levels.

Our goal is to make you feel good in your body while getting sweaty and shaking your booty for 50-minutes.

TIP #1: Start with a SIGNATURE class

Turn off your brain and just follow along. Our SIGNATURE class is 80% cardio and 20% strength.

Think about this class as BLOCK21 101. Class begins with a 5-minute athletic warm-up. We never stop moving and teach you bite-sized chunks of dance to keep our heart rates up while learning the moves. Half-way through class we have an interval section that incorporates strength, agility, and cardio. Next is the final dance section of class. By now, you’re feeling yourself, and you don’t care who’s watching. We end class with one 5-minute strength section to target one muscle group and one 5-minute cool down stretch. A 50-minute workout has never flown by so fast, we promise!
