Terms of Service and Liability

Terms of Service

By using our service, you are in accordance with BLOCK21 Fitness Terms of Service outlined below.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancelations or changes must be made 12 hours in advance. Any cancelations or changes must be made 12 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late modifications or no-shows will be charged the full price of the class. Unlimited memberships will be charged $10 for late cancellations and $15 for no-shows.

Purchase Policy: Single class purchases expire 3 months after purchase date. All class packs expire 12 months after purchase date. Packages are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Waitlist Policy: If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens up at least 2 hours prior to the class, you will be automatically enrolled into that class and late cancellation policies will apply. If you do not wish to attend the class or can no longer make it, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

Age Requirements: All participants must be 18 years or older.

Refunds: All sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that classes at BLOCK21 may be physically strenuous and have inherent risks. I voluntarily participate with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I explicitly relieve BLOCK21 LLC, its partners, its management, its instructors, and other students harmless from liability resulting from personal injury to myself and/or the loss of personal property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I hereby represent that I am physically sound and have notified BLOCK21 in writing of any medical condition, ailment or symptoms that may develop or manifest, and may affect my ability to engage in such training. I have carefully read this waiver and release of liability and fully understand its contents. I represent that my participation at BLOCK21 Fitness is done so of my own free will and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

I consent to the commercial use of any photo or video content taken during class. I agree to be filmed or photographed and understand that I will not receive compensation.
